LiveMON supplies contact center supervisors with a real-time overview of all their agent's active calls and provides them with the ability to monitor the call in real-time. A call may be flagged or commented for later review. The recorded interaction can be emailed for further analysis. Designed for implementation in large enterprise and multi-site deployments, LiveMON is a powerful interactive assessment tool which provides the flexibility to monitor and playback calls directly from the desktop. LiveMON allows supervisors to silently monitor a call with the option of recording the call and/or screens on demand and then saving or emailing the data.
